Bruce Forsyth added to Hop Farm Festival line-up – Daily TV round-up

Bruce Forsyth has been added to the bill of the Hop Farm Festival in Kent this summer.

The veteran 'Strictly Come Dancing' host and crooner will make his debut music festival appearance at the event, which takes place at the end of June.

“I am honoured to have the legend that is Sir Bruce come down and make his debut appearance at the Hop Farm this year,” said festival boss Vince Power.

“Not only has he never appeared at a festival, he's never been to a festival. He has been in this business for over 70 years and is a true, true legend; he will be the talking point of the festival.”

Bruce Forsyth released an album of cover versions called 'These Are My Favourites' last year, featuring songs by the likes of Nat King Cole and Frankie Valli.

He will also play a show at the Royal Albert Hall on 3 May to mark his 70th year in showbusiness.
