Two bushtucker trials in one night for I'm a Celeb's Sinitta

It seems the viewing public aren't even nearly tiring of Sinitta's jumping, squealing and uncontrollable shaking, as she took on two Bushtucker Trials in the same episode of 'I'm a Celebrity...'

The first, the wildly unpleasant Hellavator, saw her lowered into a pit of water in a cage surrounded by all manner of creatures. Just the thing for someone as massively phobic as she is.

The 80s singer did manage to get a couple of meals for the camp, but the more we see her doing the tasks, the more utterly baffling it is that she signed up in the first place.

The second trial saw her enter the retail hell that was Horrods, a jungle department store boasting snakes as thick as arms, lobsters, crabs and pits of slime. Shown live, with an audience of her campmates cheering her on, she did herself proud, but not without the now customary shouts of 'Ant!' and 'Dec!'

Surely she can't be subjected to any more humiliation... can she?

Briefly joining the campers at the weekend was 'Neighbours' kingpin Harold Bishop – actor Ian Smith – who presided over a jungle gameshow which saw the camp split into two teams fighting for immunity from the first round of evictions.

After losing, being electrocuted and then gunged for good measure, Stefanie's team were further punished by being confined to the 'sin bin', a partitioned section of the camp where they had to sleep cheek-by-jowl as Fatima continued to compare everything that happens to the Olympics.

Meanwhile, it looks like the plan to set up Mark Wright and Emily is literally going swimmingly, as they bonded in the jungle pond.

After realising who she was (she's been in for two days, Mark!) he explained that he used to fancy her, 'back in the day, when I was young'. Way to make a girl feel old. If he does cop off with her, it won't be for a lack of bungling his chat up lines...
