Christmas is on its way – a time for family, friends and gazing at soaps. Even at this quiet time for business, soapland is a busy place. There's some stars quitting for quiet time with their family and others who are arriving - already looking at filling the gap left by the end of the pantomime season. Why's he leaving? To widen his horizons. "It has been an incredibly difficult decision but after three years playing Aaron and much soul-searching I am eager to explore other roles," he said.
Will we miss him? Yes. He's had some good meaty storylines in his time. His sexuality, the death of his boyfriend and his subsequent breakdown were all good stuff.
