Alistair McGowan has a new topical entertainment show that combines impressions, sketches and clips and focuses on the world of sport. With England just about to begin their Euro 2012 campaign, manager Roy Hodgson gets the McGowan treatment, and football pundits including Robbie Savage, Gareth Southgate and Gary Neville are also taken off. The six-part series, which is executive produced by ITV’s weekend primetime star man Harry Hill, should have plenty of material in a packed sporting summer ahead. But comedy fans who don’t care for sport should also give it a look: Louie Spence, Jessie J and Peter Andre are in for some lampoonery as well. less
