Synopsis

Cookery competition presented by Heston Blumenthal. The country's chefs have cooked for the Queen and for the French. Now they compete to cook a four course dinner at London's Gherkin building. Judge Matthew Fort will select two chefs from each region. This time, in the South West, he chooses between Richard Guest, Chris Horridge, Elisha Carter and Chris Wicks.
