I'm A Celebrity - Sinitta cops the cable car trial

Though she's barely been in the jungle for 24 hours, she's already been nominated for a Bushtucker Trial. 80s popstar and friend-of-Cowell, Sinitta has been voted in for the mysterious 'Cable Car-tastrophe' challenge.

All a little unfair considering she broke the world musical statues record the previous night, her first in the jungle, and brought home everyone's luxury items by 'sleeping' in the insect-infested cave.

Perhaps it was all her initial squealing that exposed the public's cruel streak. It has since emerged that she had been hypnotized by Paul McKenna before entering the jungle in a bid to combat her many phobias – fat lot of good that did, then.

But the arrival of Sinitta and fellow 80s alumnus Pat Sharp was welcomed by the other members of the camp, and not just because they brought in Lorraine Chase's stuffed bear Tedward.

Mark Wright was starstruck when he realised that the man with short brown hair used to be the man with the spikey-on-top-and-long-at-the-back hair from 'Funhouse'.

“It was like Barack Obama coming,” as Antony Cotton so succinctly put it. “Wind it in.”

Elsewhere, tensions in the Croc Creek camp have eased after last night's bickering with Fatima, with Antony even letting the Olympian be his sous chef in cooking a giant ostrich egg omelette. It also helped that Fatima brought home the quality rations, beating McFly's Dougie in the 'Ratrun' Bushtucker Trial.

But things could yet turn ugly again. Both camps are now united for the first time, and Stefanie (the Freddie Starr-branded 'loudmouth') has already cosied up to Antony in the catering department, leaving Fatima out in the cold.

The latest show also offered an opportunity for anyone who had missed Jessica-Jane in her purple bikini the other night, as she embarked on (and failed) the treat task, but conveniently got all wet in the process.

It's almost like it's being planned that way... very suspicious.
