The new series of Shameless has been doubled to 16 episodes and the show is now filmed on a specially created set on the outskirts of Manchester.

Shopkeeper from hell, Yvonne and her rowdy offspring are now the Gallaghers' next-door-neighbours and Yvonne finds love calling from the most unexpected direction.
Meanwhile, Mickey Maguire invests in a pink stretch limo for a new business and there's double trouble for Paddy in the shape of his identical twin.
Newlyweds Jamie and Karen are living above the Jockey and Ian Gallagher is now running his dad's favourite boozer - but what will the brewery make of this set-up?
