Dancing On Ice returns this week for a brand new series on a brand new day (Sunday, 5.50pm, ITV1).

Skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will once again be putting twelve well-known faces through their paces as they battle to impress the judges and win viewers' votes.

Last year 11 million viewers tuned in to see ex-England rugby ace Kyran Bracken crowned Dancing On Ice champion 2007 after a nail-biting contest which saw him fight it out against Clare Buckfield and Duncan James.

This year's contestants include a couple of sporting heroes, two soap stars, a legendary children's TV presenter and a cleaning guru.

Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby are once again on presenting duties and there's a new face on the judging panel as West End legend Ruthie Henshall joins the show.
