ITV has revealed which stars will be getting their skates on for the new series of Dancing On Ice.

The line-up will see well-known faces from the world of sport take on TV presenters and soap stars in a bid to be named the 2009 skating champion.

Todd Carty, star of Grange Hill and The Bill, will be competing alongside ex-EastEnders and Hollyoaks actress Gemma Bissix and former Emmerdale star Roxanne Pallet.

Footballer Graeme Le Saux and rugby's Ellery Hanley will also be battling for viewers' votes, alongside TV presenters Jeremy Edwards, Melinda Messenger, Zoe Salmon and Michael Underwood.

Loose Women's Coleen Nolan is taking part in the show after losing five stone in weight over the last couple of years.

Singers Ray Quinn and Jessica Taylor complete this year's line-up and the celebrities will once again be coached by Olympic legends Torville and Dean.

The new series kicks off on ITV1 on Sunday evening. what do you think of the line-up? Let us know...

    Its brave of all the contestants taking part, considering the pressure & expectations from audience.Best of luck & enjoy the journey.Its not fair of people who have posted negatve comments, just think if you will have the courage to take part in it.

    When will people wake up and realise that these type of programmes are all the same. Its 'lazy TV' with no ideas to them. Big Brother, XFactor, Dancing on Ice, Britain's Got Talent etc are all the same with the same brainless ideas to them. I'm sick of them. I'm beginning to think that people that watch them are simpletons with little imagination in their lives.

    Michael Underwood?????? It's a joke, you are bringing this whole thing to rubbish kind of show with him in it.The best thing you can do with him is to plaster both his legs so he won't be able to perform and especially his mouth. Can't bear to even hear him speak,yes plaster his mouth as well. RUBBISH !!!!
