Strictly Come Dancing's Arlene Phillips has hit out at this year's finalists, saying none of them are as good as last year's winner Alesha Dixon.
The judge said that, despite being a good dancer, Rachel Stevens isn't a 'bubbly, bouncy girl' like Alesha and she accused bookies' favourite Tom Chambers of 'over-acting', reports The Sun.
Arlene said: "What's odd about Tom is, one would think, because he's an actor, he would know how to portray a dance.
"But we can see him acting the role and that's off-putting."
She added that Lisa Snowdon was the most likeable out of the final three but admitted that she would have preferred to see Austin Healey, who was voted out several weeks ago, win the series.

These so called "judges" have turned it into a farce. Also the presenter doesn't help. This programme has been aired for 3 years now, people are getting sick and tired of it, it ought to be scrapped. It's a waste of time and money.

In my opinion Rachel should have won but Tom pulled it off by his last dance and people voted on that. All the finalist were good. Arlene may be a teacher in dance but it takes more than a bubblly character to win. Alesha was good I voted for her but in my opinion Rachel was a equal in every way.

Arlene as a judge is a joke. I believe the fourth judge should be the professional dancer first voted off and should then join Len, Bruno and Craig, who themselves vote on technical merit whereas Arlene votes on male @#$%uality and burbles nonsense about sparkles, clouds etc etc.

She judges to her own ability which is really debatable. Len Goodman is stuck in the ballroom niche also. Get some modern judges who know about all types of dance. The other pair are ok. Just get rid of Arlene and Len.
