Strictly Come Dancing's Arlene Phillips has hit out at this year's finalists, saying none of them are as good as last year's winner Alesha Dixon.
The judge said that, despite being a good dancer, Rachel Stevens isn't a 'bubbly, bouncy girl' like Alesha and she accused bookies' favourite Tom Chambers of 'over-acting', reports The Sun.
Arlene said: "What's odd about Tom is, one would think, because he's an actor, he would know how to portray a dance.
"But we can see him acting the role and that's off-putting."
She added that Lisa Snowdon was the most likeable out of the final three but admitted that she would have preferred to see Austin Healey, who was voted out several weeks ago, win the series.

Posted by: tammyjane on Mon Dec 22 05:03PM | Report abuseAleisha's performance on Sat was well under par, legs and feet were not precise and very untidy. Lisa Snowden was the very best dancer on saturday night.... alot better than Aleisha on this occasion. Lisa should have won.

Tom and Camilla got the lowest votes from the judges last week as well and we were told they would go out. So how come they got the lowest judge vote again and yet WON the competition. Absolutely ridiculous situation. The whole thing arose from the ridiculous John Humphrey situation,this was a DANCE competition not a personality competition.

Unless the winner has Pecs the size of Rhinos then she slates them and hates all the girls because they make her look as ancient as she is. Anyone noticed her face doesn't move this year - methinks more than a drop or two of botox!

'Strictly' is part lottery, part beauty contest, and certainly not a dancing competition. The format makes a mockery of the hard work put in by the contestants. As for Arlene, she is just an old rugby groupie.
