Strictly Come Dancing's Arlene Phillips has hit out at this year's finalists, saying none of them are as good as last year's winner Alesha Dixon.
The judge said that, despite being a good dancer, Rachel Stevens isn't a 'bubbly, bouncy girl' like Alesha and she accused bookies' favourite Tom Chambers of 'over-acting', reports The Sun.
Arlene said: "What's odd about Tom is, one would think, because he's an actor, he would know how to portray a dance.
"But we can see him acting the role and that's off-putting."
She added that Lisa Snowdon was the most likeable out of the final three but admitted that she would have preferred to see Austin Healey, who was voted out several weeks ago, win the series.

Tom was the people's choice and that is what at the end of the day it is all about, no public no show. I enjoyed watching him and thought he was the best overall,I would go and see Tom in a show where as I would not go and see Lisa or Rachel. The coments made about acting and Tom are pure sour grapes, S-Club 7 were actors who sang so what are the judges saying about Rachel. Rachel and lisa have both been in the dance off's ,Tom has not that has got to say something. If Arlene does not like the results do not judge on the show,you are replacable we all are. I voted for for tom 10 times on the final show this took me over an hour it was engaged but I kept trying. Lisa who was in my view was not a good dancer and Brendan saved her, Rachel was good at times and at others looked a little shocked while she danced and did make a huge mistake in her final dance. Austen was a good dancer but just not good enough his paso was inspirational and with that in a final he would have had a good chance of a win.

I thought it was supposed to be judged on the standard of the dancing? After all, John Sargeant had a personality that all the viewers liked, but the judges couldn't wait to get rid of him because he couldn't dance. The voting was a fiasco and I can understand why Rachel and Lisa are devastated, though I have nothing against Tom Chambers or his partner. The BBC needs to get its act together!

She came on from not being able to dance a step, to getting 80/80 in her final two dances. What more could she and Brendan do? His choreography was fantastic. The final two, if you are going on ability, should of been the two @#$%, Lisa and Rachel.
