Strictly Come Dancing's Arlene Phillips has hit out at this year's finalists, saying none of them are as good as last year's winner Alesha Dixon.
The judge said that, despite being a good dancer, Rachel Stevens isn't a 'bubbly, bouncy girl' like Alesha and she accused bookies' favourite Tom Chambers of 'over-acting', reports The Sun.
Arlene said: "What's odd about Tom is, one would think, because he's an actor, he would know how to portray a dance.
"But we can see him acting the role and that's off-putting."
She added that Lisa Snowdon was the most likeable out of the final three but admitted that she would have preferred to see Austin Healey, who was voted out several weeks ago, win the series.

What was obvious on Saturday was that Rachel was not being marked as a good dancer, otherwise she would have been ahead of the less talented Lisa. It's just as well we can trust the BBC not to fiddle when there is a phone vote involved ... (Cough.)

Posted by: brianandpat7b on Fri Dec 19 01:06PM | Report abuseI agree with Arlene.If the BBC had,when the comp reached the last 4,allowed all of them through to the semi final,I personally think that Austen could have danced his way into the final 3.He was down graded because of his compulsory Salsa,had he been in the next week he could have danced his favourite dance and possibly obtained a high score to keep him in.

Rachel and Vincent to win. (love Tom too though) What is the story with Lisa Snowdon and why do we all find her so hard to like?????

Get rid of the judges and get rid of Bruce his so called jokes are not funny and he just looks a pathetic figure trying to get laughs time for him to go or just shut up Bruce.

Who is she???? they should have never been given those high points! and we cannot even compare her to fantastic girl like Alesha Dixon - such a wonderful young woman and she sems to be very down to earth.
