Holby City star Tom Chambers is facing an angry backlash from some Strictly Come Dancing viewers who believe he should not be in Saturday night's final.
The actor was given a pass through to the final after the BBC abandoned the phone vote last weekend.
All three couples were allowed through when it became clear that viewers voting for Tom would be unable to save him from the dance-off, due to the tie between Lisa and Rachel at the top of the leaderboard.
Originally votes from last weekend were to be carried over to the final but they now won't be counted and the BBC are offering a refund to anyone who voted.
However, many fans of the series are unhappy that Tom will feature in the final and some are calling for him to do the honorable thing and step down, reports the Daily Mirror.
A show insider told the paper: "Things have turned sour for Tom since Saturday. He and Camilla wanted to get through properly, not be given a free ride. They feel they could have won a dance-off.
"Camilla is really upset and has been crying. She doesn't want anyone to think they have cheated in any way."

I like Tom and believed that he had more than a fair chance of winning. However, votes are votes, and previous competitors left the show because the public vote could not save them, so why not Tom ? The whole business reeks of being a "fix", and the fairness and even handedness for which the BBC are known globally is losing credibility by the hour. Further, the judges are no more than titular figureheads, and there purely for their entertainment value. The judges should give their non scoring opinions for guidance purposes only, and the results left to a public vote. The programme is, after all, light entertainment. We should remember that, whilst we are enjoy watching the programme in the comfort and safety of our homes, people are being blown to pieces in other parts of the world.

They have worked extremely hard, with Tom even giving up his Honeymoon to continue with the show. Lets not forget, it is the BBC that caused the voting problem and made any subsequent decisions, not Tom & Camilla. I think the "many upset fans", need to sit back and let them get on with it. Do they want to cause another John Sergent controvesacy? Anymore scandel and they could be in danger of losing the show altogether! Good luck to all three couples, may the best dancer's on the night win through!

After all most comps have a three position podium, first,second and third so why not Stricktly Come Dancing also? Incidentaly I dont like Brendan Coles attitude which appears to be win at all costs and immediately there is any critisism of them he throws an angry flouncing fit.
