If you haven't had your lunch yet, you'd better stop reading now as Sinitta has been speaking about how her ex Simon Cowell rates in the bedroom department.
The singer, who dated Simon for 14 years, said that The X Factor star scores eleven and three quarters out of ten, reports The Sun.
She added: "Sorry boys, it's true - he's rich and good."
Sinitta and Simon split in 2002 but the pair have remained close friends and she works with his acts on The X Factor.
The star, who had hits with Toy Boy and So Macho, also revealed who she thinks will win this year's X Factor:
"I think Eoghan or Diana will do it - but I want Alexandra to win. But let's not forget JLS - we haven't had a new boyband for years - and they are cute boys as well."
So, she's basically hedging her bets there.

Come on all you DEAF bods out there...VOTE HER TO WIN, FOR F@*@s sake!!!!!

Why is someone who was a singing disaster and is a has been of the worst kind advising bands on the show which is jaded and old hat now please it's had it's day! it's just turning out acts that your granny might buy their cd at Christmas for you instead of the usual jumper. I bet he fires blanks anyway as his trousers are just too tight! Lol
