- Video: Watch Shazia's reaction
We couldn't believe it last night when Shazia became the second candidate to get fired. How did team leader Jenny manage to escape the boot?
This latest decision did make us wonder if Sir Alan is keeping in the candidates who would make a good apprentice or those who will make good TV over the coming weeks?
The latest task saw the teams set up rival laundrettes for the day. Pricing mix-ups and lost clothing meant that the sparks were flying in the cleaning establishments and at the end of the day the dirty linen was aired in the boardroom.
Raef was team leader in the victorious boys' team and managed to redeem himself after last week's task, which saw him almost face the axe. The split in the boys' camp is still very evident and noticeably Raef sent the more 'laddish' members of the team back to do all the hard work while himself, Kevin and Michael ('the toffs') rode around London in a taxi sipping lattes.
The losing girls' side, led by Jenny, had a disastrous week. Lindi and Jennifer decided to make up prices rather than doing any research and, as a result their pricing was either outrageously high (£5,000 to do a hotel's laundry) or ridiculously low (£15 to wash two loads of clothes from a fish restaurant).
However, both of them managed to avoid being taken into the boardroom to face Sir Alan - was it because they were favourites of team leader Jenny?
Lucinda certainly wasn't one of her favourites and it was hard not to feel sorry for her as bossy Jenny kept telling her to be quiet. Lucinda hasn't really shone so far in the series but her treatment this week did seem pretty harsh.
Sir Alan looked horrified when Jenny told Lucinda in the boardroom that she felt she had to breastfeed her during the task! It'll be very interesting to see how this pair get on over the coming weeks.
Shazia had been given the task of labelling the laundry given to the girls and therefore the blame lay with her when several items went missing. Yes, this was another disaster for her team but it did appear to be a genuine mistake on her part - and it was only one of a whole catalogue of errors. But Sir Alan didn't seem to see it that way and fired her.
We think that useless (and incredibly annoying) team leader Jenny should have been fired.

As some of you have said, this has been probably a decision made by the BBC to keep us watching the series, as they must be well aware of the repulsion this disgusting woman causes in all of us. No doubt this is a woman that has some issues with her personal life that need urgent attention.I've watch the first series, and this last programme, and that will be it for me. However, I believe we are missing the point here, the BBC funded by the tax payer has the responsibility to make good quality programmes, and not to compete for audiences with the other TV channels, and that has been going out of the window in the past few years. It is a shame that such a credible instituition all over the world is just going down the drain, and us paying for it, just hope the same does not happen with their natural resourses department.
Posted by: vostok1 on Fri Apr 04 02:16PM | Report abusejenny may well have been a bully, but lucinda was pretty childish, i don't think sir alan could choose between the two of them and that is why he went for shazia. he should have chosen jenny, what a cow!
Posted by: chrisandkirsty25 on Fri Apr 04 02:54PM | Report abuseWhat a show-Shazia should not have been fired there were far worse mistakes made, Jenny should have gone. She is so rude and thinks she is so good, I want her out asap!!!!!!!!
Posted by: donna_worsley on Fri Apr 04 04:36PM | Report abuseIt seems to me that most of the women are incapable of organizing in the proverbial brewery! Shaza was the best of the bunch! The men are also a weird lot, but that Raef has the correct name.... (Serbo Croat For ...ser, or ...ker?). There are some decent blokes but the Public School lot are all of a part.
Posted by: dark.star33 on Fri Apr 04 06:01PM | Report abuseI can't believe that Jenny didn't get fired, she deserved to; that whole task was a complete shambles thanks to her, and turning on Shazia and especially Lucinda in the boardroom was the lowest of the low. I'm hoping that the kharma police were watching and she'll get her comeuppance next week!
Posted by: jlytucker on Fri Apr 04 06:38PM | Report abuseJenny should have been the one to be fired!!!!
Posted by: sue.arnold6 on Fri Apr 04 07:32PM | Report abuseme and my m8s think that the bbc should stop telling alan who 2 fire. It's obvious that they wanted 2 keep both jenny and lucinda in for the arguments. All Shazia did was leave early but there were other people there who knew the system. Jenny so should have been fired
Posted by: kitkat5100 on Fri Apr 04 08:25PM | Report abuseThis was such a travesty i can`t believe that Jenny did`nt get the boot and i am under no illusion that she is a very cunning and devious bit of work. I hope she goes soon...
Posted by: jmcfarland1 on Sat Apr 05 07:12PM | Report abuseThat Jenny is completely the opposite of any team member or team leader that I would choose to employ- everyone htes bullies
Posted by: kittoflame on Sat Apr 05 08:15PM | Report abuseAlan Sugar MUST be playing the game to improve TV ratings (and his bank balance on the back of it). There is no way on earth that he could possibly have come to an honest decision that Shazia was the most responsible for the failure of the team. Then again, I've never heard anyone suggest that Alan Sugar was an honest bloke.
