Could X Factor reject Laura White be about to make a surprise return to the reality show?
Speculation of a comeback has intensified after the singer told a group of fans that they hadn't seen the last of her on X Factor.
Laura said: "Don't worry - I'm going back on the show" when cornered by some admirers in London earlier this week, reports The Sun.
The singer, who was one of the favourites to win this year's X Factor, was voted off Saturday night's show following a sing-off with Ruth Lorenzo.
Judge Louis Walsh had the deciding vote and his decision to get rid of Laura was blasted as tactical by her mentor Cheryl Cole.
More than 35,000 people have now signed a petition to have Laura reinstated in the competition - will X Factor bosses bend the rules and bring her back?

She shouldnt have been voted out and Louis was wrong to get rid of hr but now she's out it should remain that way otherwise it reeks of 'fixing'. Obviously not enough people voted for her or she wouldnt have been in the final two. I thought her paino playing & singing was really good. Maybe Simon can give her a record deal??

If she was to be reinstated then t,he whole format will be flawed and why should people vote if the decision can be over ruled. live with it and move on. the public put her in the bottom 2 so it was 50/50 then, and Ruth is just as worthy to go on. So stop this whinging!!!!....she's out and thats final

Laura White went off before that blonde man did who could not sing to save his life! Ruth Lorenzo went off instead of Eoghan (Owen) who, lets be honest, is not a good singer, he just gets the cuteness votes! Next Alexandra will come off before him! Its got ridiculus. Xfactor needs help.
