Could X Factor reject Laura White be about to make a surprise return to the reality show?
Speculation of a comeback has intensified after the singer told a group of fans that they hadn't seen the last of her on X Factor.
Laura said: "Don't worry - I'm going back on the show" when cornered by some admirers in London earlier this week, reports The Sun.
The singer, who was one of the favourites to win this year's X Factor, was voted off Saturday night's show following a sing-off with Ruth Lorenzo.
Judge Louis Walsh had the deciding vote and his decision to get rid of Laura was blasted as tactical by her mentor Cheryl Cole.
More than 35,000 people have now signed a petition to have Laura reinstated in the competition - will X Factor bosses bend the rules and bring her back?

Posted by: askjag on Thu Nov 13 01:06PM | Report abusei do agree that Laura was robbed of her chance, there were worse singers than her on Saturday night & Rachael and Daniel were two of them, but to bring her back makes the show look like an absolute joke. I think that the person with the lowest public votes should have gone on Saturday night because of Diana not performing & I think that the act with the lowest public vote should go each week. The judges understandble have their favourites but it also seems that they vote certain acts out to clearly cheese the other judges off. Louis is pathetic & wants sacking!

Everyone is quick to have a go at louis, but Simon also voted Laura off. She should not be allowed to return, and if she does then axe the public vote. She was in the bottom two for a reason, people didnt vote. We keep hearing that maybe people think she is a safe vote and therefore vote for someone else, what a load of rubbish. I vote for who is the best on the night, and I'm sure the majority of the public do also. Laura, get over it, you'll still be on the tour, and no doubt you will sign a contract with someone when your allowed to, you just won't have a number 1 xmas single. !!!!
