We tuned into Kerry Katona's new MTV reality show Madly in Love expecting car-crash TV and instead got a motorway pile-up.
It's hard to tell what Kerry and husband Mark are hoping to prove by allowing cameras access-all-areas for the series. Certainly not that they are a likeable down-to-earth couple because clearly they are not.
The pair spent half the show bickering about money - with Mark moaning about Kerry not buying him enough for Christmas or whinging that she wasn't wearing an expensive watch he had bought her. When he wasn't doing that he was poking fun at her bipolar disorder. Nice guy.
Other 'highlights' included PR guru Max Clifford cringing as Kerry joked about his nipples and Kerry and Mark going for a 'tasteful' photoshoot to celebrate their wedding anniversary. We also saw heavily pregnant Kerry downing a glass of wine in her dressing room before heading into the studio for an interview with Jonathan Ross.
Kerry seems to be using the show as a mouthpiece to answer back against stories that have appeared in the press - in one scene she was looking over some newspaper articles about herself and moaning that it was all rubbish.
The former Atomic Kitten singer said in the programme that she wants people to think of her again as Kerry who won the jungle, not the coke-bingeing Kerry featured in the tabloids. Sadly her behaviour in the first two episodes of this series is going to do nothing to win back public support.

i dont think she should have her own program, not a very good role model as a mother.

Posted by: donylad5900 on Mon Feb 18 07:49PM | Report abusei thought that it showed how true she was and i feel good for her as she has had so much to deal with and thats not just from the press but also with her personal life aswell so i feel we should just allow her to live her life the way she feels she wants to and not junge her or anyone in her main family ciricle to the extent that is. i feel that yes she has done some things that she regreats in her life but i feel she is dealing with everything that is going on in her life to the best she can and should not be judge for that. as for her former husband i feel he also has his on life now with his not so new women and should not be judge aswell. so they should be allowed to sort out their differences between themselves in private with no public in put as i feel i would not like that to happen to me, but i can understand why it is done as i know and can see that many people in the public love watching and reading about the tears and hurtfull feelings that are made by the media of the well known names in the public eye - with it being in music, films or any other areas as such. i myself like to read publications about how people deal with such hard situations and i praise people like kerry and her family in just how strong they show them seleves to be and i think that is great because even though she has an illness she still comes over as very strong women and also with the help of her husband mark, i see in them that there is a very strong bond and they should not be judge for the hurtfull stories that are told by those who call themseleves friends/ family because they just come across in such away they show how they are just jealous of how kerry has finally got her life back on track after such a long time and struggle to where she feels comfortable with her self and how she has finally found true love ( not that i'm saying her relationship with brain was not true love but at the time it was as now she has true love in another way with some one else totally different just like he does.)in her realtionship with her new husband mark and i say go there girl as to you i think you have nothing to worry about because there is always going to be some one worse of than your self (i know that is not a nice thing to say but it is very true in many sitiuations these days.) so keep doing what you're doing and be your self in every way but the main thing to remeber is that you will always have the love of the true ones around you who are the most truefull to you.

I can't think of anybody in the public eye who disgusts me more, she's absolutely vile. I wish she'd @#$% off to Iceland! Old trout.
