X-Factor's over for another week and yet again I'm wondering just who is voting to keep Same Difference in the competition? I actually physically wince when I see their saccharine performances every week. I nearly brought up my dinner when they wheeled out the troupe of candle carrying kids this week. Unfortunately they were fake plastic candles, just in case they burned the place down...pity. Who is voting for this pair, and can a responsible adult please stop them from using the telephone!

In less nauseating news, I'm glad to see the back of Simon's very own Barbie collection, Hope. Not since the Spice Girls has there been such a whiff of animosity every time one girl gets an extra line to sing. None of these girls wanted to be in a band in the first place, and I'll take bets now as to whether they will still be talking in 6 months.

Predictably (and hopefully) I think the final will be 3 soloists - Rydian, Leon and Niki. Nicki's got the likeability factor, and she can belt them out. Leon's got the whiff of the underdog (and the Scottish vote), which leaves quirky Rhydian to suck up everything else and take the X Factor crown...whether it will fit over his ever growing quiff is another matter.

Is our prediction correct? Who do you want to see battle it out in the final?

    Personally I am not a fan of any of the acts but i do have to say that Rhydian and Same Difference keep the show fun! Both acts are lame and none of the others have been up to the standards set by Leona Lewis and before her Shayne Ward!! I say Same difference Vs Rhydian as the head to head at the end!!!

    Rhydian i agree is the definate winner or should be , followed by leon , both brilliant in their own ways , I agree Nicky for third because it would be a joke if same difference lasted another week . Although i think Beverley should be there still .

    Agreed, in part! Same Difference are in the same music pot as Timmy Mallet, Mr. Blobby and Cheeky Girls; pure novelty acts. Hope's departure is spot on too. But I can't stand Leon! He looks like a quiverring leaf trying his best not be quiver, and it shows clearly. A performer he simply ain't, and in fact, he ain't even close. So it'll be Rhydian, Niki and a third who just doesn't deserve it.

    Beverly should stiil be there, hope should've went, then on saturday same difference should've went. They make me cringe

    Leona was much better than any of them this year. In fact So were Ben and Ray. Are Britain really getting this lame or are the judges losing their ability to see a brilliant act at an early stage??
