I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! isn't even over yet and already details are out of who will be taking part in the new series of Dancing On Ice, which kicks off in January.
So what have we got? Couple of failed popstars hoping for a comeback? Check! Couple of hunky former soap stars to provide some eye candy for the laydees? Check! Couple of retired sports stars? Check! Older contestant who doesn't stand a chance? Check!
Yep, they're all present and correct and in case you are wondering the full line-up is... Pop Idol runner-up Gareth Gates, singer Samantha Mumba, ex-Emmerdale actor and Blue Peter star Tim Vincent, Hollyoaks' Chris Fountain, How Clean Is Your House's Aggie MacKenzie and sportsmen Greg Rusedski and Steve Backley.
The line-up is completed with former Hear'Say star Suzanne Shaw, sports presenter Natalie Pinkham and former kids' TV presenter Sarah Greene.
Once again the main requirement of taking part in this series is having 'ex' or 'former' as part of your current job description. Dancing On Ice has proved a massive success in the past and I'm sure this series will be no different.
Our money is on Gareth Gates (the grannies' favourite) though he will face stiff competition from the two sportsmen, who will surely have the most discipline when it comes to putting in the practice on the ice.
What do you think of the line-up and who do you think will triumph?

Wow, it actually looks like there wont be too many annoying people on this year!! Bonnie langford had to be the wrst and the most cringeworthy!! My votes will be for Sarah greene cos she was one of my childhood idols and must be at least 50 now!!!

Posted by: snowdrop_amber on Tue Nov 27 04:03PM | Report abuseWhy should an American version be avoided? what do you care? you should be proud of the fact that we invented it first as with most good things, on the contrary - let them copy us.

Posted by: delitiaknowles on Tue Nov 27 04:37PM | Report abusewhy cant the show actually get people on it who are still famous now and not a load of has-beens whos career was over years ago and who many of the population have never heard off, thats the problem with all these 'celebrity' shows they scrape the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the line-ups. Theres a reason why their careers ended in the 1st place, they werent popular enough to stay in the market so why drag them back out again in the hope of them reviving their careers that will probably only last a couple of months anyway.
Posted by: logiehe on Tue Nov 27 04:44PM | Report abuseI like dancing on ice anyway as it doesn't focus on arguing, bitching, who fancies who and all the other s**t that reality TV focuses on. It's genuine, fun and for all the family.. Chris Fountain will DEF be getting my vote!!! I say roll on January!!
