Ant and Dec are being sued by an American comedian for using his name in the US.
American star Ant has launched a multi-million pound lawsuit over claims that he is losing work because of confusion with the British stars.
He also says that the pair's involvement in shows caught up in the phone-in scandals will damage his reputation.
US Ant presents the American version of Celebrity Fit Club and also appears on Jay Leno's Tonight Show. His lawyers have said that if Ant and Dec had stated that they were involved in comedy, when they applied to use their names in the US, they would not have been allowed to appear on TV.
Ant and Dec went to the US earlier this year to present the ABC quiz show Wanna Bet?
US Ant has asked a court in Boston to halt the duo's work in the States and award him £16million in compensation.
Perhaps this is a chance for Ant and Dec to rebrand themselves in the US? Can you think of any suggestions? Or should they revert back to PJ and Duncan? Let us know what you think...

If you are suffering from the UK Ants re@#$%tion then you clearly are not famous enough to overcome him. Why not think of some other business method to get your name out there. A huge lump some from Ant is not going to change the fact you are a noboby. You'll just be a sulking nobody with slightly more money in 2009. Get a life! ! !

Why would people confuse 'US Ant' (who is an American solo act) with 'UK Ant and Dec' (who are a double-act and are Geordies)?! Does he really think people are that dumb? I think he is just jealous that Ant & Dec get more work, fame and glory than he does and is just degrading himself even more by claiming compensation and behaving in such a silly childish way... he's making himself look an idiot and a loser! A shoddy attempt at gaining himself some PR and money by jumping on the back of the success of Ant & Dec... He's a complete banana if you ask me!
