Ant and Dec are being sued by an American comedian for using his name in the US.
American star Ant has launched a multi-million pound lawsuit over claims that he is losing work because of confusion with the British stars.
He also says that the pair's involvement in shows caught up in the phone-in scandals will damage his reputation.
US Ant presents the American version of Celebrity Fit Club and also appears on Jay Leno's Tonight Show. His lawyers have said that if Ant and Dec had stated that they were involved in comedy, when they applied to use their names in the US, they would not have been allowed to appear on TV.
Ant and Dec went to the US earlier this year to present the ABC quiz show Wanna Bet?
US Ant has asked a court in Boston to halt the duo's work in the States and award him £16million in compensation.
Perhaps this is a chance for Ant and Dec to rebrand themselves in the US? Can you think of any suggestions? Or should they revert back to PJ and Duncan? Let us know what you think...

This is the country where people sue for 'hurt feelings', etc, etc. This US Ant needs to grown the hell up and got on with his own life. Let's face it - the UK Ant should be more worried about HIS reputation being sullied by some no-mark loser US muppet!

But its a sorry state that now this culture is over here. Best bet is to stay away from the US, they do not make you welcome at any of their Airports, I speak from experience. They are paranoid about security and they seem to think that we, from the UK, are seen as potential terrorists.

Surely people have eyes and won't confuse 'British Ant' with 'American Ant' and if they do, then they obviously not doing their research properly! Celebrities are so full of their own importance, tell him to live in India or somewhere else that is extremely poor and get a feel of what reality is really like. He sounds like another 'Full of his own importance Twerp!)
