Coronation Street's Lloyd and Teresa

This week, there's an unlikely new romance in Coronation Street, Stacey is sectioned in EastEnders and will Aaron's revenge plot mean tragedy for Jimmy and Nicola in Emmerdale? Find out more...

Coronation Street

Gruesome twosome alert! There's romance in Weatherfield this week and it's one that we really didn't see coming as Lloyd spends the night with Teresa!

The drama unfolds after Ken's 70th birthday party in the Rovers during which Lloyd attempts to smooth things over again with his ex Liz.

The pair seem to be getting on well at first, however, a row later results in Liz humiliating the taxi driver in front of the stunned regulars in the pub.

Lloyd copes with this latest bitter blow by drowning his sorrows and finds a brand new drinking buddy in fiery Teresa. The pair are soon bonding over their shared music tastes and Lloyd ends up inviting Teresa back for a night cap.

He wakes up the following morning with more than just a headache to deal with.
Has he finally met his match or will he tell Teresa that he only has eyes for Liz?

Also this week, Sally starts a campaign against John Stape and Kevin faces some tough questions from Sophie.

EastEnders

Stacey's mum Jean faces an agonising decision this week when she makes the call to have her daughter sectioned.

Stacey's mental health has been deteriorating rapidly over the past few weeks, since she stopped taking her medication, and things finally come to a head at a party in the Queen Vic.

At the start of the week, Stacey's erratic behaviour causes trouble for Ryan when she helps out on his stall. She finally walks out on him and then locks herself away rather than attending ex-husband Bradley's leaving do.

Max tries to persuade her to go and say goodbye to his son but Stacey's presence at the party causes trouble when she has an angry confrontation with Archie. Stacey proceeds to tell the shocked guests that Archie tried to attack her before going on to say that Syd and Ryan want to poison her.

Jean tries to talk sense into her daughter but is finally forced to take drastic action when Stacey tries to harm herself. Will this be a turning point for her?

Also this week, Ronnie thinks she is pregnant and Tamwar's impressions of the neighbours don't go down well with everyone.

Emmerdale

Aaron inadvertently puts Jimmy, Nicola and baby Angelica's lives in danger this week when his revenge plot on Carl King backfires.

The troubled youngster comes up with the desperate plan because he is furious that his mum Chas has dumped Paddy in favour of her ex Carl. Aaron finally felt as though he was part of a proper family and has been struggling to deal with his mum's decision.

He decides to get revenge on Carl by cutting the brakes in his car in an attempt to get rid of him once and for all.

However, he later gets a shock when he sees Jimmy and his family set off in the car through the village and faces a desperate race against time to save their lives. Will he get to them before its too late?

Also this week, Diane and Marlon clash after Moira quits The Woolpack and Sally continues to come between Ashley and Laurel.

One thing you TV People don't see is the fact, that if you keep telling us what's coming up next, and not leaving it to our imaginations, we won't be so bothered about missing a program. Miss programs and you won't get voted best of the year at the TV Awards. So don't read it I hear you say, but alas it is not that easy, you flash up the information on the TV itself, every God Damned magazine front page tells us, what do you think we are, a nation of dumb headed itiots. Oh just to be left to the fun of imagination or for those not so bright, something for them to talk about at the nightly visits to the pub, rather than read a good book, then to top it all you charge us a massive amount each year for the bloody TV Licence.
