Coronation Street bosses are putting a deleted scene from the show online after it was deemed too racy to be shown before the watershed.

The saucy clip sees Rosie Webster (who else?) strip to her underwear as she tries to win back her boyfriend Luke Strong.

The scene was originally filmed as part of Friday's episode but dropped from the show at the last minute.

However, programme chiefs had a last minute rethink and decided that fans should still get the chance to watch the scene after tonight's episode ends at 9pm.

Helen Flanagan, who plays Rosie in the show, said: "Rosie is outrageous and such a madam and I love playing her. I get to do things that I would never dare do.

"I am delighted the website are showing this scene as I had such fun playing it."

It's not the first time that Helen's character has appeared in the series in her underwear. A previous storyline saw her attempt to seduce ex-factory boss Tony Gordon wearing a revealing basque.

    Wanted to watch it but totally put off by having adverts thrust at me. The warning for the video is of mild sexual imagery, perhaps there should be a second warning that you may suffer terminal boredom before the clip loads.

    If Corrie ( and her scriptwriters) think that the way to revive a relationship is to flah your physical endowments and sexuality then she (they) are serious no-hopers. There is much more to relationships than flesh and sex. But if flesh and sex = happiness is the message the programme is happy to pass on to its viewers then it is time the producers grew up and started counting how many @#$%age pregnancies they are responsible for.
