It's a sad day for fans of chat shows everywhere with the news that ITV has reportedly binned off Katie And Peter: Unleashed.

According to The Sun, the show won't be returning to ITV2 in the Autumn after complaints from both viewers and guests.

Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger had said it was the most ridiculous show she had been on, while Coronation Street's Jack P Shepherd said it was crude.

The series mixed a chat show format with behind-the-scenes footage of the pair preparing for the interviews and talking about their sex lives.

Despite having their chat show canned, Katie and Peter are expected to continue to work with ITV as part of a golden handcuffs deal and a new fly-on-the-wall series is expected later this year.

    I watched the show out of curiousity & I cannot believe the how open they were with thier sex lives!! as much as I like katie, I have seen her in a different light now & I am glad to see the back of them. You most certainly would not see Posh & Becks behave like that!!!

    im sad to hear that katie and peter wont be back on i really enjoyed the show so did lots of my friends if people found it to rude then dont watch it,its people like me who have to suffer and miss a good show.it will be missed very much by me tina

    I loved the show, it was always funny and comical and Katie & Peter were themselves. It was always enjoyable and never failed to cheer me up specially with the silly games. I guess you just needed a sense of humour to enjoy the show.

    i like to watch them, i dont always like the sexual talk, but to think that they love each other and want to stay together to have a big family then thats great. Jordan/Katie is very pretty and its a shame she feels the need for surgery, why cant she be happy with the body she in.

    i thought the show was good,it was a good laugh and i think that they are both really genuine. Hopefully this wont be the last we see of them !!!

    I think the whole thing is ridi@#$%us the people who are moaning about it don't have to watch it!! I like it and I don't want to see it go. I like katie although Pete can be a bit of a Pra*t he can make me laugh with the things he comes out with at times. Get off there back people and live and let live.

    upsetting for those who like them because she has the front ot ask people question's that no one else would but for me they are just getting to boring now the same thing over and over if there are not on telly they are in the news or in magazine's
