It's a sad day for fans of chat shows everywhere with the news that ITV has reportedly binned off Katie And Peter: Unleashed.

According to The Sun, the show won't be returning to ITV2 in the Autumn after complaints from both viewers and guests.

Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger had said it was the most ridiculous show she had been on, while Coronation Street's Jack P Shepherd said it was crude.

The series mixed a chat show format with behind-the-scenes footage of the pair preparing for the interviews and talking about their sex lives.

Despite having their chat show canned, Katie and Peter are expected to continue to work with ITV as part of a golden handcuffs deal and a new fly-on-the-wall series is expected later this year.

    I have never watched it and for the same reason that I do not own a transparent toilet.If you can't figure it out "who wants to watch s..."?

    well i liked the show it was funny but found that katie and peter make a right good match, surely there must be a few that did like the show as we are hearing about those that didn't

    watched it once thought is was rather disgusting, i think the pair are very crude i just think they are trying to be clever

    i love their show it was funny light entertainment. dont watch it if you think its crude they were just having a laugh lighten up!!

    I love "Katie & Peter - The Next Chapter" ... I will definately miss it.. It's sad that it's no longer going to be showing!

    aww no way asif i loved that show it was entertainment unlike anything else ITV put on the tele im so gutted thats well wrong ITV you are going to loose a lot of viewers now they have gone you should of thought about that one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
