She was our firm favourite to win The Apprentice and it seems we weren't the only ones to spot the potential in Claire Young.
It's been reported that the show's runner-up has been snapped up by the Managing Director of Birmingham City football club, Karren Brady, and will be earning more than the winner, Lee McQueen, is getting over at Amstrad.
Fans of The Apprentice will remember that Brady promised to give Claire a job if Sir Alan didn't following the show's interview task. We're glad that she's kept to her word!
Claire isn't the only 'unlucky' candidate who has benefitted from exposure in the popular series as it's been revealed that a top modelling agency is keen to sign up Alex.
We weren't a fan of Alex's whining in the show but he's a pretty boy so long as he keeps his mouth shut and is likely to do well.
With The Apprentice it's definitely now a case of 'it's not the winning but the taking part that counts'. The likes of Tre, Katie and Sara didn't hear those magic words from Sir Alan but have all gone on to launch successful media careers.

Alex should make the best of it as well. Perhaps the show isn´t about getting THE job anymore. Will it continue now Sir Alañ has stepped down?
