Access Hollywood reports today that the ex-Mrs Paul McCartney is in talks to take part in the US celebrity version of the reality series.
Heather has already been a hit on US TV, waltzing her way into the later stages of Dancing With The Stars.
But has she got what it takes to impress Donald Trump, who fronts the US Apprentice, and win the series? Of course, she won't really go to work for him if she triumphs - it's all for charity and let's face it, it's not as if she needs the money.
Britain's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan - hardly the most popular man in the UK - managed to win the last series of Celebrity Apprentice in the US so will Heather follow in his footsteps?
How do you think she will fare in the series? Would you like to see her face Sir Alan Sugar in the UK version of the show? Or maybe you would prefer to see her munching on maggots on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of here?

She's really shown that she can go head to head with the best of them (Sir Paul) and lose... I reckon she'll be knocked out on the first leg. Pun intended.

That idiot on you tube that was crying about brittney spears and now has his own show, and now some gold digger who has absolutely no talent atall. I mean if i go out in the street and dance naked singing the sound of music does that mean i can be the next person to host blankety blank?

People should leave her alone. It's not as if Sir Paul will miss the money and with only one leg, Heather needs the cash.
