- Video: Watch Kevin's best bits
Matt Lucas-alike Kevin became the sixth candidate to be fired in last night's Apprentice. Was Kevin the right person to go?
Well, of the three candidates he took back into the boardroom - yes. He refused to listen to the other team members suggesting that they would be better to do the sales presentation and as a result his pitches were disasters.
Kevin made a catastrophic mistake in not taking Jenny back into the boardroom. Jenny should have been in there and should have been fired for her appalling 'save the earth' week idea - let's all save the planet by cutting down lots of trees to send cards to each other. Clever.
So, did the other candidates agree with Sir Alan's decision? Absolutely not. The last five minutes of the programme when the contestants return to the house are fast becoming the best in the whole show. This week saw everyone turn on Sara and tell her to her face that she deserved to be fired.
We've praised Lee in previous weeks but his behaviour last night was disgraceful as he shouted at Sara that next time if she doesn't contribute he will not accept it and will be taking her into the boardroom with him. Annoyingly Sara failed to defend herself - though possibly she was simply shocked after finding herself under attack from all sides.
Does Sara still deserve to be in the running? Well, it's difficult to tell because we haven't really seen her in action yet. Does this mean that she doesn't contribute or simply that she is not getting much screentime? We don't know. Hopefully she will get to be team leader next week and then we will finally see what she's made of.
The other memorable moment last night was Michael's triumphant - and very inappropriate - football yob yell in the boardroom. We thought poor Margaret was going to have a heart attack. Michael's team had a very narrow victory - mainly because the other team's idea was so bad. Earlier in the task he had spent several hours trying to work out where to put an apostrophe. Michael tried to find the answer by calling up the editor of the Telegraph and the British Library. Had he thought about using a dictionary? We know where we would suggest he put the apostrophe...
What did you think of last night's show? Do you think Sara was treated unfairly? Was Kevin the right person to go? Let us know what you think...

Although I do not think Lee needed to lay into Sara, what he was saying stacked up with what we have seen so far in the series, except the task where she was project manager and did quite well, but has been non-existant since. Kevin came across as an idiot throughout the show, but came across well on the You're Fired show, but unfortuately the whole show was geared towards making him look like a right plum, despite him holding his hands up at the outset of the show to say he takes all responsibility and the right decision was made. One other point, the buyer at Tesco's who bought 6,000 environmental cards, I assume he will have his buying powers cut in future, or will be more heavily supervised at pitches.

Posted by: samantha.hackwood on Thu May 01 11:13AM | Report abuseThey all have big ego's (hope the apostrope is in the right place!), but lets face it none of them really don't have a clue, I think Sir Alan should employ Jenny.................... pushing the tea trolley round the boardroom, since it's about all she's good for.
Posted by: kmd295 on Thu May 01 11:13AM | Report abuseI hated the bully boy tactics of everyone all ganging up in Sara and I don't think it was necessary! The all kept going on about how she didn't contribute but what about Alex!!! I have been watching him for weeks now and he is useless. I have not seen him contribute one bit.
Posted by: meenagokani on Thu May 01 11:14AM | Report abuseWhy are people so quick to quote the `racism' card ??????? The observation about Sara's lack of contribution really can not be denied
Posted by: mjcfaltd on Thu May 01 11:14AM | Report abuseI'm baffled as to how the majority of these goons hold down well paid jobs. They've all proved to be ar*eholes in one way or another except Sara who's just a bit lame. I suppose they can't be too smart or there'd be no entertainment. Kevin should definetly have been fired, but then I really want to see his charred remains in a head on collision with a dustbin truck and his Porsche on the front of The Sun. Would anyone liked to hazzard a guess as to the last time he had s*x and didn't have to pay for it? 2 years I reckon, the Porshe would have carried weight with a gold digger.
Posted by: robert.morley06 on Thu May 01 11:14AM | Report abuseomg the behaviour was beyond disgraceful. I don't know why Alex is so damn immune, all he did was bite his lip and pump his jaw in his god awful coat..argh, wat the hell is he doing there? wat did he do??? poor poor sara, i think its an absolute disgrace and the BBC should condemn such nasty nasty bullying. I hope Jenny goes down in the worst way possible. just cos sara is pretty and she's butt ugly...jeez!!
Posted by: soul_scion on Thu May 01 11:15AM | Report abuseLee's behaviour last night was appalling. I used to like him but he certainly showed his true colours last night! Jenny should have gone last night. Kev's own fault that he didn't take her into the boardroom.
Posted by: abc_packaging on Thu May 01 11:15AM | Report abuseI think that Sara suffered racism but I am not suprised at all. Racism can be as subtle as you like but often mistaken for something else. Yesterday we saw what it is like to be of a 'different colour' in English society. Racism has never left Britain, it has just gone more underground because it is too politically incorrect to discuss. It exists, mostly under the subterfuge labelled a 'clash of personalities' or some other strategic catergorisation. If you are of an ethnic background, it is something that is always there to contend with. Yesterday, we saw it surface again revealing the sad truth that if you are different, the finger of blame will fall on your first.
Posted by: nazrinwilkinson on Thu May 01 11:16AM | Report abuseKevin was the right one to go he was a disaster, but lets face it the who bunch ought to go not one of them are worth £100,000 grand. I am begining to wonder about sir Alan Sugar, is he realy this lousy at picking staff? drop the solicitors and bank managers, whats needed is ordinary every day people, not middle class successfull failures. Sugar said these were the best yet, they are certainly the worst. I tip Sara to win hands down she is sugars type, quiet, ineffectual, ineffective, she will suit him down to the ground.
