- Video: Watch Kevin's best bits
Matt Lucas-alike Kevin became the sixth candidate to be fired in last night's Apprentice. Was Kevin the right person to go?
Well, of the three candidates he took back into the boardroom - yes. He refused to listen to the other team members suggesting that they would be better to do the sales presentation and as a result his pitches were disasters.
Kevin made a catastrophic mistake in not taking Jenny back into the boardroom. Jenny should have been in there and should have been fired for her appalling 'save the earth' week idea - let's all save the planet by cutting down lots of trees to send cards to each other. Clever.
So, did the other candidates agree with Sir Alan's decision? Absolutely not. The last five minutes of the programme when the contestants return to the house are fast becoming the best in the whole show. This week saw everyone turn on Sara and tell her to her face that she deserved to be fired.
We've praised Lee in previous weeks but his behaviour last night was disgraceful as he shouted at Sara that next time if she doesn't contribute he will not accept it and will be taking her into the boardroom with him. Annoyingly Sara failed to defend herself - though possibly she was simply shocked after finding herself under attack from all sides.
Does Sara still deserve to be in the running? Well, it's difficult to tell because we haven't really seen her in action yet. Does this mean that she doesn't contribute or simply that she is not getting much screentime? We don't know. Hopefully she will get to be team leader next week and then we will finally see what she's made of.
The other memorable moment last night was Michael's triumphant - and very inappropriate - football yob yell in the boardroom. We thought poor Margaret was going to have a heart attack. Michael's team had a very narrow victory - mainly because the other team's idea was so bad. Earlier in the task he had spent several hours trying to work out where to put an apostrophe. Michael tried to find the answer by calling up the editor of the Telegraph and the British Library. Had he thought about using a dictionary? We know where we would suggest he put the apostrophe...
What did you think of last night's show? Do you think Sara was treated unfairly? Was Kevin the right person to go? Let us know what you think...

I believe Sara has been shot down everytime she tried to give an idea as she did try at the beginning with cards for different religions which would have been a lot better than SAVE THE EARTH - Lets do this by pulling down more trees is she really that stupid!!

Posted by: estellebeattie on Thu May 01 11:05AM | Report abuseSara was surely treated unfairly-she had good ideas but noone would listen. Jenny should have been in the boardroom and get fired but among those 3 I would have fired Claire she is so annoying

The other annoying person is the preening ex model more concerned with being a bitch and a clothes horse. Huge lapels ,is he a throw back to DCI Gene Hunt days. How Sugar must regret getting these muppets on. Good telly though !!

Posted by: surpyb on Thu May 01 11:06AM | Report abuseThis is out and out bullying, I was disgusted watching it these people should be ashamed of themselves, as usual Jenny was quick to target someone else because she knew she had messed up with the enviromental idea, and the others decided to use Sara as a scapegoat too. Lets hope Jenny is next one out .
Posted by: allimac on Thu May 01 11:06AM | Report abuseI have never laughed so much in my life. What a wonderful comedy The Apprentice has proved to be. Roll on next week.
Posted by: cebrow2000 on Thu May 01 11:07AM | Report abuseSara did come up with her suggestion to introduce cards for special occassions like Eid & Baisakhi to target asian population. The way her suggestions were ignored would put anyone off. What surprised me was that even she did not clarify that she indeed came up with these suggestions (which I thought were 1000 times better than the "Save the planet" idea). I think others simply ganged up against her, realizing that she could be a soft target. I think that was unfair to her but in the end right decision was made although I would have preferred Jenny to go.
