Looks alone does not add up to business acumen or leadership skills. He is not a barrister and could not have defended himself any better considering the evidence. If he claims to be in marketing, why did he not apply the basic 4P's? That notwithstanding, he still would have lost considering he hasn’t got cost in his vocabulary. Managing a call centre full of girls would be a good place for such a manager.
