A good leader will delegate responsibility, but should ultimately accept accountability. Jenny, you allowed Shazia, one of your stronger team members to go scurry after an iron....... who's to blame for the mix up? Of course, the team leader for not making the right decision at a crucial time. Jenny, your loaded full of yourself, prepare to be fired.
