Why is everyone missing the point?! The Apprentice isn't about finding someone half-decent to work for Sir Alan; it is purely about getting ratings for the BBC; hence they cast the mos contentious, arrogant idiots they can find (plus a handful of bonafide applicants). They didn't just pick ANY lawyer; they chose a barrister with the most pompus name and attitude they could find to instigate a class rift both in the team and the viewing public and give ammunition for evryone including the media to moan about. Everyone knows that Sir Alan would never hire Raef in a million years, but I bet you he has been "instructed" to keep Raef in the series until the last 5. If they actually chose the right people for the job to compete for it, the series would be dead boring and you're a mug if you don't know that. What I want to know is if Nick still has his job this morning. I do have limited sympathy for him as he served a purpose, but he doesn't live in the real world and probably has a large enough trust fund so he never has to work again anyway.
