who cares and no, its a competition, she was voted off using the normal rules, why should that by over-turned just because it does not suit everyone. Whats the point of the weekly show or the competition if they dont stick by their decisions. Maybe if Liou Walsh admitted to wrong doing then fine, boot him off the show, never to return as he cant be trusted as a judge and bring her back.
