I think it is genuine but only because of the environment they are in. I imagine if they were outside it would never happen. They are both attractive people and are bound to be attracted to each other, put them together for 24 hours a day and what do you expect! I think it shows Marc's relationship cannot be that strong as he would not be saying the things he is saying to Cerys if it was. They aren't just flirting, it's quite intense and I disagree with the previous comment re watch her eyes 'cold' quite the opposite. They can't take their eyes off each other! Won't belong before there is a kiss!
