Lucinda 'too zany' for Sir Alan

I think Lucinda was well dressed in comparison to the other female candidates, she was colourful yes, but who's to say they were fashion mistakes? OK the beret was a bit odd but other than that I thought she was a breath of fresh air! She was an excellent team leader and in my experience at work, good team leaders aren't always good team players but are still successful in their own role. She definitely wouldn't have been good for Sir Alan but I can see why she can command a six figure salary. I think Clare will win as Sir Alan likes her - Alex is a creep and couldn't wait to drop Lucinda in it!
