I think Sir Alan made the right decision in firing Kevin. If he thinks he is going to be another Alan Sugar by the time he is 40 he needs to take a step back and look closely at his management style. The environmental cards was the most stupid idea and he should have delegated the pitch task to the wonderful Jenny. I noticed Sara was quick to step back from it, another person who is out of her comfort zone in anything she does.
