Celebrities including Matt Lucas, Jimmy Carr and Joan Rivers are to take on the role of Big Brother as the reality series returns with a twist in Big Brother Celebrity Hijack (E4, 9pm).

The celebrity 'hijackers' will preside over a group of 'exceptional young housemates' who include a racing driver, a conceptual artist, a fashion designer and an entrepreneur.

Demort O'Leary will be on Big Brother presenting duties for the final time and will host the live eviction shows, which are on E4.

Actors James Corden and Matthew Horne, from BBC comedy Gavin And Stacey, will present spin-off show, Big Brother's Little Brother.
