Big Brother's over for another year and in a year with no obvious winner (at least not after Kat left) Rachel Rice has come out on top and £100,000 richer. In classic BB style, Davina delivered the news to Rachel and Mikey - surely the most disappointing finalists of all time - and they took the news with the usual reaction of shock, tears and in this case squealing, safe in the knowledge of cash in the bank and at least three weeks of coverage in Heat magazine. ...

Tonight's Big Brother final is set to be the closest ever according to bookmakers but, with viewing figures revealing this as the least popular series ever - does anyone actually care who wins?

While previous series have usually seen one or two housemates pull away from the rest to emerge as clear favouties with viewers, BB9 hasn't delivered anyone who stands out head and shoulders above the rest and the highlights have also been few and far between. ...

Mo and Kat got the shock of their lives last night when they were evicted from the Big Brother house in a surprise double eviction.

The housemates were all dressed up as Mo (ironically) when Davina announced that he would be the 12th person to be leave from the house. Kathreya was distraught at this news - but not as distraught as she was less than half an hour later when she became the 13th person to go.

Ah, poor Kat. ...

Mario to make shock Big Brother comeback

Get your sick buckets ready! Mario is set to re-enter the Big Brother house this weekend to propose to Lisa.

The slimey muscle man will be sneaked into the house to surprise his girlfriend with an engagement ring on Sunday, according to The Sun.

Mario and Lisa couldn't keep their hands off each other during their time together in the house and seemed to spend half their time in the bath. We're surprised they didn't shrivel up. ...

That was probably the most emotive set of nominations I have ever had to sit through. All week it has been Nicole in my mind who needs to leave and I was watching on the edge of my seat waiting for every housemate to call her name. So, yesterday, as I watched the nominations in anticipation I was stunned to hear Lisa's name appear so much and for some of the others not to nominate Nicole (especially Kat). ...

Tonight's eviction really is a hard one to call, but weighing up the good and bad I have come to the conclusion that Dale should be evicted - if only for wearing that stupid woolly hat in the middle of summer!

You see, Dale keeps being spoken about as "sexy" and a "house hunk" and is constantly being compared to Stu - well of course he is- that is because Dale has made it his sole mission to morph into Stu's clone!

Battle of the himbos

So, we have Dale and Stu up for eviction in a battle of the himbos. It should be a close call as both will no doubt have their legion of female fans voting. Dale's application VT might have shot him in the foot as he came across as a vain, shallow, moron - though he has redeemed himself since entering the house.

Now for Stu... well, he hasn’t really done anything interesting since coming into the house. ...

Nicole makes life difficult for Rex
