Affair set to rock 'EastEnders' - Daily TV round-up

Alfie Moon and Roxy Mitchell are set to have an affair on 'EastEnders', according to reports.

The clinch will occur while Alfie's wife Kat Moon is away looking after her dad Charlie Slater, who has had a stroke.

Roxy and Alfie will then get closer until 'things heat up'.

Kat Moon actress Jessie Wallace has been written out of the show for three months, making way for the steamy storyline.

A source told the Mirror: “It’s been clear for a while that Roxy has a soft spot for Alfie, but things are going to heat up in the coming months."

The pair grow closer after Roxy lands herself a job at the Queen Vic.

It will be the first major plot the couple have been involved in since the controversial 'baby swap' last year. [The Mirror]
