The Smile singer performed Dream A Little Dream Of Me with The Kills rocker after guests bid £48,350 for children's charity the Hoping Foundation at London's Cafe De Paris.
Kate's duet of Summertime with Gilmour raised £47,600 at the the star-studded event Hoping's Got Talent, where Kate was also on the panel of celebrity judges, giving their verdict on the performances, along with Louis Walsh and Jeremy Clarkson.
Little Britain's David Walliams performed in character as Des Kaye, while Will Self performed a "surrealist act of strength" on a bicycle, accompanied by his beautiful assistants Sadie Frost and Kimberley Stewart, which raised £12,000.
Will Young danced a ballet in fat suit, raising £8,000 for Palestinian children and Suggs appeared as Britain's Got Talent phenomenon Susan Boyle for a bid of £10,000 from the audience.
The Pogues star Shane MacGowan raised £12,000 with his Five Minute Painting and a further £30,000 performing his hit Fairytale Of New York with artist and director Sam Taylor Wood.
Guests included Sienna Miller, Mario Testino, Lucien Freud, Guy Ritchie, Tracey Emin, David Furnish, Isaac Ferry and Patrick Cox.
The evening was hosted by Patrick Kielty and auctioneer Oliver Barker of Sotheby's.
The evening raised £500,000 in total, which will be donated directly to children's projects in Palestine.
